This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for Tevrix subscriptions. It applies to the fees you pay Tevrix, not to payments your own clients make to you.
1. Free trial
Plans may begin with a free trial. No charge is made during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends without being billed.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not, as a general rule, refund the unused portion of a period already started, except where required by law or expressly agreed.
3. Refunds
If you were charged in error, or applicable consumer-protection law gives you a right to a refund, we will refund the relevant amount to the original payment method. Requests should be sent promptly.
4. Your clients' payments
Refunds to your own customers for bookings and deposits are governed by your business's own policy and your payment provider, not by Tevrix.
